  We loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again. WE had a suite on the second floor with a large living room, a large bedroom with king size bed with a clean duvet and feather pillows, modern bathroom and full kitchen. Garden view, quiet and calm. The personnel were all extremelty friendly and helpful. East 60s, to us.. . is the best of New York. Walk to Central Park, to Bloomingdales, to the luxury shops on 57th st, Lexington Ave subway is 2 blocks away.

  We had a most satisfying visiting experience at this hotel. The location is great. Close to subway, buses, and eateries. The room was quite comfortable and large, which is hard to find in Manhattan, with good room service. The staff was very accommodative and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

  Very pleased with this hotel - quiet part of town, right next to Gourmet Garage food store, close walk to restaurants, subway, shopping. Staff most cordial. Our room was quite "roomy"-- had a little kitchen, nice view, chair & ottoman, flat screen TV, two queen beds, desk, several mirrors, etc. and we were told it was one of the smaller rooms. We could see the rooms below had courtyards with table and chairs. Room was clean - carpet had been patched however the rest of the accomodations appeared recently renovated. Would definitely stay here again. We'd never sacrifice comfort, space and security for proximity to the tourist traps (Times Square, etc.) We really enjoyed this hotel and we would definitely return again.

  The hotel was exactly what we needed and wanted. The room was extremely ample for New York, we were a family of four and we had plenty of room. The small kitchen was an added bonus! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! It was close enough to walk to all the excitement. We were celebrating my two kids birthdays (11 and 8) and the staff helped me surprise them with balloons and a cake upon our arrival. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and again.

  Excellent location on the Upper East Side. Spacious and well cared for. Next time I would choose a room on an upper level floor. The whole staff was very helpful and accommodating. I will stay again on my return visit.
