  My sister and I have stayed for here for the past two years while doing our Christmas shopping. We stay four nights, shop all day, wrap gifts all night. We leave all merchandise in the room and have never had a problem. The rooms are clean when we arrive and then are cleaned each day. It is a great location for shopping without all the Austin traffic. The front desk was very friendly and helpful on giving directions to local places. We will be staying here again in 2008 for our annual shopping trip.

  Dead bugs on the floor and live bugs on the walls. DIrty carpets, not all the beds had bedding and we had to argue with the night desk clerk to get a complete set of bedding. They advertise roome service but, we couldn't get any. Rooms smell of mildew, and after three days the dead bugs were never cleaned out..
