  This hotels management is the most customer service freindly staff that i have ever encountered in all my travels. our tv remote didn't work they fixed it right away. ...

  THIS HOTELS MANAGEMENT IS THE MOST CUSTOMER SERVICE FREINDLY STAFF THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN ALL MY TRAVELS. OUR TV REMOTE DIDN'T WORK THEY FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. WE NEEDED TOWELS WE GOT THEM RIGHT AWAY. WE NEEDED TOILET TISSUE AND WE GOT IT RIGHT AWAY. I WAS AMAZED OUT HOW QUICKLY THAT YOUR NEEDS ARE TAKEN CARE OF.

  The room's baseboard heaters were dismantled and not working. there was a space heater in the room that did nothing to change the freezing cold temperature. the toilet had ...

  The room's baseboard heaters were dismantled and not working. There was a space heater in the room that did nothing to change the freezing cold temperature. The toilet had not been cleaned.
