  The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean except for a few spots of mold in the shower. The bed was very comfortable. The chair next to the bed looked nice, but not so comfortable. The desk chair - great. The mini-fridge and microwave worked fine.
  I felt like I did get my money's worth even though it was a weekend with a Tech game. On a non-game weekend, this would be a steal. One other thing - the 3rd floor hallway smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking floor. The room smelled fine, so it was no big deal. It is set back a little from the highway, so I missed the turn the first time around. (I think that made it a little quieter at night. )
  Overall, I had a really good experience and would think of there first if I had to stay overnight in Lubbock again.

  My one-night business stay was just fine. It was odd that there was a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom--not the bathroom. Odder still was the fact that I was in an adjoining room, but my door going into the next room did not have a lock. Seven weeks after my stay a duplicate charge appeared on my credit card. I contacted the hotel and was told they would investigate and call me right back. Two days later I had to call back when I had not heard from them, and I was told that my reservation was originally for a different night for which I did not show, so they charged me for that that night (seven weeks later). By their story, I later changed my reservation to the correct date. When I explained that I never amended my reservation, they advised me that there was nothing that they could do.

  This hotel was alright, but could of been alot better for the price they charge. the pool & hot tub was not heated like it stated.

  My family & I had a great experience. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Although we didn't use it, it had a microwave and fridge. Also, the breakfast was wonderful...lots to choose from.
