  We have stayed at this Hotel three different times over the last six years and this last trip will be the last. The room was not cleaned during our stay-the bathroom floor was not cleaned during our stay, toilet paper must be scarce-they didn't fill the holders-had to ask at the desk for another roll, the staff did not "make the bed", they just pulled the sheets and cover up on the bed, thus making sleep the second evening impossible-had to make the bed ourselves. There was an obvious smell of smoke in the room, although the room is designated as non-smoking. This establishment definitely will not get any more of my money!

  I held my wedding and reception in the hotel & booked rooms in the hotel for my entire family. We rented the dining room and 15 guest rooms. The service was terrible. The hotel miss-booked the time for our event, and asked us to end our wedding reception 2 hours early. The staff was very rude. The hotel also mixed up all the guest room reservations and check out the next morning was a nightmare.

  The pool was not heated so we could""nt get in it., the hot tub was cold , we did not like the service we got the sana was not useable.

  Room was not ready upon our arrival.Room had a moldy odor.Bathroom fan did not work.Room was noisey - very loud bar across parking lot, very close to major highway (I-35).Door key cards needed to be reporgramed several times.Very good beddings and continental breakfasts.Nice indoor pool.

  Soon after arriving, I realized there had been a misunderstanding about what type room I wanted. The manager took over, and with personal effort made us completely satisfied+++. The hot tub: very relaxing.Close, easy access to Hyw, expect ""some"" noise. Overall: very nice stay. I highly recommend!
