  I checked out the next day instead of staying there 3 days since the room smelled of smoke and mildew! I was shorted towels in my 2 stacks when I got there and the blanket was in bad condition. I could hear voices in the next rooms and walking from the floor above. Thus a badly constructed facility to say the least. They would not comp me the 2 nights that I did not stay there. from Minnesota

  This hotel was awful. we were informed after we had checked in that they don't clean the rooms during your stay, they don't even bring in clean towels. ...

  This hotel was awful. We were informed after we had checked in that they don't clean the rooms during your stay, they don't even bring in clean towels. You have to take the dirty towels to the office and pick up clean ones yourself. The bathroom walls were filthy. And we got this room after complaining about the first one. I will never stay at another Sun Suites and I would advise anyone who wants a decent room to avoid this hotel at all costs.
