  I stayed one night here. I left about 6am to go to an early meeting, upon arriving back to my room to check out, someone had entered, turned my a/c off and opened the curtains on the window. Guess it's a good thing I wasn't still asleep or worse yet walking from the shower area....BEWARE!!!

  The A/C in our first room would not come on at all. When I reported it to the office, before the desk person would give us another room she had to walk over to check for herself. She could not get the A/C on either so we walked back to the office but before she could give us another room she had to call her manager and explain everything to him AND tell him about other problems she was having with other customers. After about 30 minutes of this we got another room. Several other customers waiting to check-in had accumulated in the office during this time. During our stay we found a sewing needle and thread in our bed covers, the other bed had stains in the middle of the sheets, we killed several spiders and crickets in our room, I had trouble twice getting into our room with the key cards. The desk lady gave me three sets during one trouble time but never offered to go back to the room to help us get in. The desk lady finally gave me an ""emergency"" card which worked. The pool had empty beer cans and beer bottle tops on the ground both times I took my daughter to swim, the room towels were very thin and rough like coarse sand paper, and no receipt was given to me at check-out. On the good side, the TV and shower worked, the beds were relatively comfortable, and the hotel location was fairly easy to get in and out.

  This was the only room available for parents' weekend at A&M. We checked out after one night! The bathrooom window was broken, the remote didn't work, it was dirty, the toliet didn't flush, and when we arrived home at 1 am we couldn't get our door open because it had rained and the lock was wet. There were three of us lined up trying to get in our rooms.

  This was the only room available for parents' weekend at A&M. We checked out after one night! The bathrooom window was broken, the remote didn't work, it was dirty, the toliet didn't flush, and when we arrived home at 1 am we couldn't get our door open because it had rained and the lock was wet.
