  Even though it was non-smoking room, it smelled! cigarette melted alarm clock, non-functioning telephone, floor not clean, coffee not refilled, unfriendly front desk, etc. never stay in holiday ...

  Even though it was non-smoking room, it smelled! Cigarette melted alarm clock, non-functioning telephone, floor not clean, coffee not refilled, unfriendly front desk, etc. Never stay in Holiday Inn ever again. I'll pay more for a better place next time.

  My over night stay was excellent with a superb breakfast served the next morning. The only thing I regretted was not having a bellhop to help with the luggage. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The airport shuttle was also an added attraction and a great benefit. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

  I thought it was a good value. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff. There's no fitness center on the premises though. The breakfast is nicer than most. It seems obvious that they need to move the toaster and bagels across the room to prevent everyone from getting into each other's way which they constantly do.

  I was on a stop over on my way to Greece and choose this Hotel for a one night stay over. I was so surprised by the complete service and friendly helpful staff, I had to write this review. I complimented the Manager and staff on the wonderful Job they were doing. The rooms truly were renovated. The bathroom had marble floor, new tub, sink and faucets. The TV was a flat screen about 24? or so in size. The room had a new heater - airconditioner unit with a nice quite fan. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The whole establishment was clean and well kept. Shuttle service to the Airport was prompt. The only negative was the Shuttle drivers I encountered could have been a bit more friendly. I my judgment, a great value for the money. Cudles to the travel website for listing this Hotel. Chuck. F ak

  We were a group of 15, renting eight rooms. Everyone agreed our rooms were spotlessly clean. The front desk was very courteous and helpful in arranging a bus for us to tour New York city on Sunday. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay here again.
