  We learned that not all Super 8 hotels are equal. Far from it. This hotel had a low price for a reason. It has not been maintained and is used as an 18 wheeler trailer drop-off, as large trailers littered the property. The sheets were stained and the bedspread had cigarette burns. The water in the shower eventually got warm, but never hot. The property was run down and clearly neglected. The advertised free breakfast was almost non-existent, and I guess the milk was made from powdered milk. The hotel was close to the highway and the price was low. The room was quiet. There are many hotels in the area, and I would advise you to spend just a few $ more to get a huge difference in quality. With this hotel you save a little, but stay in a run-down, neglected property with stained sheets and paper-thin pillows. Be advised that you will be charged extra for a pet -we were charged $ extra for our very small dog. That's a 20% add-on to the advertised price. I don't mind paying extra for a pet, but this was never mentioned in the on-line reservation, only at check-in time after we had already paid for the room in advance. Super 8 has plenty of decent hotels across the country for a reasonable price. We love Super 8 hotels. Jackson has plenty of other hotels for travellers. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
