  I made the reservation for three non-smoking rooms, which was correct on our confirmation. When we arrived we were told only smoking rooms were available. I have already reported this to Travelocity, who issued a discount on our next reservation. The Super 8 should be dropped from Travelocity.

  The hotel staff were friendly, but the place was really low class- from a distance the bed slanty, and it felt like two box springs rather than a mattress. I kept wondering if they rented the place by the hour. It was dark, dingy, creepy, and I found myself checking for bugs. I didn't even want to put my luggage down. "Breakfast; was apple juice, OJ, coffee, pre-packaged muffins, butter. There was a toaster but nothing to toast. Just as well. I wouldn't eat anything from there. I've stayed at Super 8's before, and they were NOT like this!

  This hotel is ok. The problem with it is that when you book a non smoking room they pay no attention to your request. I have now stayed here 2 time and both times they put me in a smoking room when I requested non smoking. I have asthma and can not stay in this type of room. The first time they corrected the problem right away and gave me a room with a king sized bed on the first floor. The second time it took over 20 minutes to have this corrected. This is why I will not stay here again unless I am forced to. We also booked a first floor room so my husband would not have to climb stairs but this request was not honored and could not be corrected on the day we checked in. We had made the reservation over 2 months in advance. The smoking is the major problem with this hotel. The halls smell and smoking rooms and non smoking rooms are right next to each other. This should be corrected.
