  Just got back from five days and I have to say that this hotel was super. Great location on the beach, beautiful clean rooms and friendly staff. No complaints at all. Another big plus was the price...very economical. The pool and hot tub area were also kept immaculate. All in all a place to stay at for sure.

  We made a last minute trip here in the off-season and had to book the La Quinta as our 'second choice' but were pleasantly surprised and will definetly stay again. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Beach access was absolutely wonderful!! The continental breackfast adequate.. staff was very friendly & helpful. Not a bad value for the price.

  The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful; I never had to wait for service. I noticed that there are not that many properties on the beach. La Quinta, Best Western, and Sheraton seem to be the only ones; and condominiums take over the rest of the area. I liked that it was directly on the beach, and there were chairs where you could sip a drink in the evening and enjoy the beach. The hotel was always clean. The continental breakfast was always very crowded. The snack bar outside by the pool really needs some modern updates and better service. Food (hot dog, salad) was average. They take cash only. Pool was very small and always crowded. Pretty good hotel for the price. If you want loungers and umbrellas for the beach, you have to pay a private outfit for the day.

  Everything was ok, but not great. Mold on caulking in bathroom. Sat. night there was a wedding there, and it was extremely loud in our room. It sounded like it was next door to our room!! Location was good, not in the center of the island, but not too far from it. Beach area was clean and nice. No problems with staff.

  A couple of years ago I stayed at this hotel and it was very nice. This year I went and it was HORRIBLE. The bed was uncombertable, pillows were very hard, balcony bars were broken so it was off limits, only 1 bathroom for 7 people and we got a suite, pool was very very small could not swim, elevators were very small, and I can go on and on I am sure I could write a book but I am not. So I am goingto let everybody that I know not to stay there because it was very horrible. I had my family from California that were there and they were very unsatisfied.
