  My husband and i spent one night here while visiting our son at college suffice it to say we will never return... our room was not clean, the hallways were ...

  My husband and I spent one night here while visiting our son at college suffice it to say we will never return... Our room was not clean, the hallways were not clean and to add insult to injury there was No tea or Coffee until well after &:00AM when it had been promised for 6:00AM.... Inexcusable conditions.

• Do not stay here the staff is crazy!

  This time when I was going to make my reservation, the rate was a bit high, so I compared rates and actually could have stayed at the Hilton for less. The Hilton is a few miles away and the Quality is right around the corner from the kid?s home. So I did what travel experts tell you to do. I called the Quality Inn directly and asked for a better rate. They offered me a room for $* per night. So I took it. I was never asked how many in my party. When I checked in, I was asked how many people would be staying. I told them myself and my wife. It was only then told I was on the business rate and an addition guest would be an extra 5 dollars. I protested mildly but checked in. The first night was fine. When the kids came to visit me in my room the next day, we went down to the pool. Before we could even swim a lap the owner's wife came in and demanded to know who is registered here. I said myself and my wife. Well we were asked to all leave the pool. I explained to the woman that it had never been a problem before, and that we stay regularly. That was not acceptable to her. She left and my wife and kids were discussing the situation (Do we stay? Do we go?). She then returned and we were told to leave the pool or she would call the police. Then, was told to check out immediately. And I mean immediately. We went back to the room to pack up and was called immediately and asked how soon we would be leaving. We were given less then 15 minutes to leave . I found another motel within minutes as there are several around the area. Here is the weird part. When we called Choice Hotels to complain we were told that children under 18 stay for free. So I had a hard time understanding what set the manager off. The only thing I can think is the business rate must be for only one person, and that each addition person is 5 dollars. Which at that point, the Hilton would have been cheaper. But rather than explain that to me (If that is even true) the manager made a scene in front of my children and never discussed if there was a rate difference. So no matter what, I was treated badly, rudely and unfairly. The management must be hurting for money or are just mean and nasty. I don't know. But all I can say is unless you want to also be treated badly YOU DON?T WANT TO STAY HERE!

  After leaving the danbury area of ct. around 4 a.m. to arrive at the national baseball hall of fame and museum in cooperstown,n.y. and spend the day ...

  After leaving the Danbury area of Ct. around 4 a.m. to arrive at The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown,N.Y. and spend the day till 7:30 p.m. this place was perfect. My teenage son and I found the 1 hour ride from Cooperstown to the Quality Inn Schenectady a good time to revisit the memories of the day. We were greeted by a pleasent front desk staff,check in was easy, and our room very nice. The next morning we enjoyed the free breakfast, more then enough for us to choose from even waffles, and then before we started our trip back it was time for a swim. We found the pool area easy to locate, with 2 restrooms in the area so you didn't have to walk through the lobby like some places,and the pool water was so clear. Yes we would return. Ed and Son

  I had picked this hotel because of the location since it is only a mile from my girlfriends house. I was a little apprehensive about staying here because of some of the reviews I had but I was very pleased with my stay here. The room was nice and clean the service was very nice and the staff friendly. I will definately stay here again.

  This was a very nice place to stay. the rooms were nice and the service was great for the price. easy to get to.
