    The front desk was extremely accomodating after I found I was booked next door to a loud dog left alone by owners. The manager in charge wasted no time in finding me another room far from the barking pouch. My room was clean, and housekeeping did a fine job each morning. The pool and surrounding area was well kept and clean. There was a short walkway to the beach, easily accessible and safe. The view of the sunrise over the Gulf each morning was priceless and made it worth the extra price for a balcony beach front room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and look forward to visiting again next year.

    Excellent...excellent...excellent. Our room was beautiful, newly redecorated, and super clean. The good complimentary breakfast and free drink each day were nice treats. The swimming pool/hot tub was very clean and beautiful. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel sparkled. I couldn't believe you were able to keep the tracked-in sand from the beach cleaned up all the time. The location of your hotel was walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. Of course, the clean beach and ocean waves made our days there great fun. We plan to come back again next year. Next time we will bring our folding lawn chairs to use on the beach.     The room was very nice and the bed are comfortable. enjoyed the closeness of the beach. would stay again. the conference room was comfortable and easy to work in.

    The rooms and balconies are tiny and cramped. we tried to upgrade to a larger room and couldn't. the breakfast is awful.
