  I stayed at the Best Western Batavia July 17 till the 19th.The rooms were clean the staff friendly,helpful. I have stayed at more expensive hotels and the service and friendly atmosphere were not even close to this hotel.We drove down from Canada and did not know what to expect,what a pleasant surprise.I asked if a fridge might be available and the Manager went out of his way to find me one.If I go to Batavia again I know where I will be staying.

  We needed a room for 1 night after leaving niagara falls. this hotel was located an easy distance from there, and very convenient to the thruway. hotel was modern & clean. ...

  We needed a room for 1 night after leaving Niagara Falls. This hotel was located an easy distance from there, and very convenient to the Thruway. Hotel was modern & clean. Breakfast was more than toast & coffee.

  Free breakfast was excellent. they have lots of different items to pick from including waffles. swimming pool was a bit cold but the spa was wonderful. great for those achey ...

  Free breakfast was excellent. They have lots of different items to pick from including waffles. swimming pool was a bit cold but the spa was wonderful. Great for those achey bones. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have stayed there before and will stay again. Ice machine is very tempramental. It works when it wants to. Both times i stayed there it was not working properly. No problem that would make me not want to stay there.

  The only complaint i had was they never fixed the light fixture above the tv, so i had to phyiscally take the bulb out but the cleaning crew just put ...

  The only complaint I had was they never fixed the light fixture above the TV, so I had to phyiscally take the bulb out but the cleaning crew just put the old bulb back in - never replaced it.
