  We specifically decided to stay here because of the swimming pool and jacuzzi as advertised. The jacuzzi was broken for 5 days, at least, and the pool was the size of a living room rug, and not cleaned regularly. Everyone was friendly enough, but I feel it was false advertizing.

  This hotel is centrally located to most activities and next to the main highway system. It was nicely decorated in the lobby area. The actual room was very nice and clean. We are very pleased. If there was any complaint to make, it was with the pillows. They must have been goose feathers or something like that, as they tended to lose their shape readily. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Not only would I recommend this hotel, but I will return upon my next visit to Dallas.

  I found the staff to be friendly. The in room refrigerater was nice. The room was clean with the exception of maybe the bathroom floor. I have stayed at this hotel twice now and would recommend it to someone who likes a great value.
