  The hotel is very nice. However, the problem is finding the access road and drive way to the property. We arrived late at night and the property sits behind several restaurants and other hotels. Unfortunately the parking lots of these other facilities do not allow for access to the Hampton Inn. We wound up accessing the property via a back alley. Some signage would go a long way to eliminating the unnecessary frustration of finding the place!

  Stayed in april 2009 while touring texas state. the beds were horrible, actually could feel the springs on the sides of the beds. the a/c did not work properly. ...

  Stayed in April 2009 while touring Texas State. The beds were horrible, actually could feel the springs on the sides of the beds. The a/c did not work properly. There was an odor that permeated the entire facility. Not worth the money at all. So disappointed in Hampton.

  We stayed two nights in November, 2008, based on favorable stays in other Hampton Inn & Suites and b/c our usual hotel was full. We heard plumbing ""hammer"" noises all night long, the shower barely worked, and there was a foul odor in our room and hallway. It was very disappointing, and we won't stay there again. Back to the Comfort Inn & Suites next door (admittedly not a 5-star hotel either) but at least it's clean and consistent.
