  I just completed my second stay at this hotel. the air conditioning didn't work well the first time, but i tried again. it was even worse the second time. ...

  I just completed my second stay at this hotel. The air conditioning didn't work well the first time, but I tried again. It was even worse the second time. My wife and I sweated all night, even though I complained several times to the front desk girl (she was very nice, though). On the plus side, the breakfast is really good. The employees are nice. The location is good.

  The staff at this hotel is excellent! i dont particularly care for the new beds in the room. they have a lambswool cover under the sheets and is too hot. ...

  The staff at this hotel is excellent! I dont particularly care for the new beds in the room. They have a lambswool cover under the sheets and is too hot. They also have this knob on the side of the bed to make the bed softer or harder....it seems like it always was hard. The air con at this hotel was not reliable. It seems to me they are management controlled. I like my room cold, and never could get it that way. The computors in the business center are very slow....not sure why This is a non smoking hotel, but was not monitored as such. My luck the smokers were next to my room. I hated that. I did report it and was addressed 2 days later. The location to this hotel is perfect if you will be going to the hospital. I would stay here again only because it is the only hotel so close to the hospital. Once again, the staff is fantastic at this hotel. Thanks.
