  The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. the location was excellent. i would stay there again if i'm in olean.

• Great little Micro Hotel

  Never stayed at this kind of place before, but with budgeting for gas etc, and the fact that it had a fitness center and it was 10 minutes away from my destination the following morning, I thought what the heck. I first noticed how friendly the staff were. After a 12 hour flight, I a meeting after I got there, I was hungry and exhausted. The attendant behind the desk knew who I was when I walked in (small enough hotel perhaps, or town, but it was just nice having someone call you by name when you walked in and you didn't even know them). So, maybe she was a psychic, but whatever it was, she also offered me some hot coffee, to help myself to the fruit in the breakfast bar, and even went in the back and got me a couple of fresh muffins for a little snack. She said let me know if you need anything else, and when I got to my room and unpacked in the little micro room, it seemed I had everything but an iron. So I called for an iron and within a couple of minutes I had one and an ironing board at my hotel room door. Thinking they had just gotten their hands on a prize employee, I was doubly suprised to have similar treatment by the staff manning the counter and the breakfast bar the next morning. Small town or not, they were great. Makes me want to call it my home away from home anytime I got to Olean NY!

  WE WERE VISITING OUR GRANDSON AT ST. BONAVENTURE. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE. WE HAD A SUITE. THE ONLY THING WE COULD HAVE USED WAS AN IRONING BOARD AND IRON. PLENTY OF ROOM. SITTING AREA WAS ALSO NICE. WAS VERY SURPRISED BECAUSE WE STAYED IN A MICROTEL IN KENTUCKY WHICH WAS HORRIBLE. FILTHY, VERY SMALL ROOM AND NO AMENITIES. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS ONE AGAIN. STAFF WAS GREAT AND FRIENDLY.

  The main disadvantage was the parking area. there is no close parking unless you are handicap and even then alot of those spaces were filled with non-handicap vehicles. other ...

  The main disadvantage was the parking area. There is no close parking unless you are handicap and even then alot of those spaces were filled with non-handicap vehicles. Other than that we were satisfied with our room and cleanliness.
