  They messed up our block of rooms, first off. Out of the 14 rooms we booked they only want to claim we had 10. The contract said the single rooms were $*.00 but they tried to charge more. They have signs all over their lobby saying rooms are $* ours was $*.00. Within 30 mins of arrival, our 13 year old baseball boys were outside when a gang member drives by backs up and starts flashing gang signs tell them this was his HOOD. Our boys were scared to death. The owner stated he had security at all times. They locked us out of the pool for 3 days, one of the employees told the kids they had chemicals in the pool that would eat their skin off, then while they were sitting outside talking to each other he told them he was going to call the police on them. The owner stated it was past closing time but it was at 9 pm, closing was at 10. He refused to acknowledge any of our concerns. I had to move rooms within a hour of arrival because locks were missing on the windows and the door wouldn't close because it had been kicked in so many times. One of our 11 families was a Houston Police officer and told me to get out of the room it wasn't safe for my 2 kids and me. Parents complained their feet were black from the filth on the floors. This place is NOT SAFE, DO NOT STAY!!!!
