  Only stayed one night because we were catching a flight out of JFK early, but after a very long trip driving through the city the HGI was a welcome site. The rooms were nice and the adjustable beds were a great addition. Wasn't expecting much from the small little restaurant, but it was a very nicely cooked piece of steak and the buffalo wings were good too. Staff was very friendly as with all Hilton's I've stayed at.

  Found Hotel to be nicer than expected and the staff was incredible! Shuttle service to and from airport (just minutes away), to either catch flight or catch air train to access subway/railway into Manhatten, was extremely efficient and always ready to go when we were. Location is not conducive to activities, eating, or entertainment within walking distance. Although, staff can help with food ideas that have free delivery. Would definitely recommend for someone who needs to stay close to JFK for business.

  It was a good and nice stay. everthing went fine, except the computers to access the internet. there were only 2 units and some nights were used for same people ...

  It was a good and nice stay. Everthing went fine, except the computers to access the Internet. There were only 2 units and some nights were used for same people for many hours. I think will be great to put a use limet for each user, so others will have the opportunity tu use it the same day or night.

  The hotel was comfortable and clean. i also used the hotel's washer and dryer which was very needed after coming from a week trip from africa.

  Clean, modern and convenient to JFK. Dependable shuttle. However, the food and service in their tiny restaurant was terrible. Servers standing around, but we had to continually go up to them for service. Messed up a small lunch order for two.
