  This is an OK property in a so-so Manhattan location. The hotel is small, the rooms as well, but everything (including the bed) is comfortable. I stay here on business, and it works very well for that. I do not recommend it for a family reunion, which I've also used it for. The morning buffet is middle America bland, and the coffee is consistently TERRIBLE. (There is a Starbucks 5-10 minutes' walk away.) The service, however, is first-rate, as are all of the people at the Front Desk.

  My overall experience at the Hampton Seaport District was GREAT! Check-in and check-out were extremely fast and easy. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to assist you in any way possible. I brought my two dogs with me and they were friendly towards them as well. There were plenty of things to do and see around this area (shopping, restaurants, walks near the water, etc). Parking is right across the street; easy to get to). I will definitely stay here again!

  Great hotel; very clean and very close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I traveled with a pet, and was surprised to receive a room with a patio so we could spend time outdoors without leaving the property. Parking is about a block away and will cost $20 per day and the breakfast was not great; but I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay in NYC.

  I was apprehensive of going to a large city. The staff were wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. They took care of many little things that put me to ease. The room was small but very nice and comfortable. Made my stay an enjoyable experience."
