  I come from tourist capital (florida) and let me tell you, I cant beleive we paid so little for this room, I mean, it was so clean, so beautifully appointed, the whole hotel was spotless and just lovely, and the staff was fantastic. It snowed like crazy both days, and someone would go out and brush our rental vehicle off for us in the morning. Heck in florida you would be lucky if a staff member would even say hello to you. We will make this hotel our home away from home from now on when travelling to Albany/Saratoga. I've stayed in some 4-5 star joints who could take a lesson from this place!

  This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The continental breakfast was one of the best I'v had anywhere. The staff was as nice as could be, very helpful and courteous. Manners everywhere I turned, and all good ones.

  we stayed at this property because it was close to the airport. the shuttle driver was so nice and was there within the 10 min as they said. the staff was warm and welcoming. i would def. stay at this property again.
