  EXCELLENT location for visiting Cornell & downtown Ithaca. Parking is in the garage across the street but temp parking was available for luggage dropoff so it's no big deal. Beds were extremely comfortable - sheets a little scratchy but not unbearable. My daughter ate at the breakfast restaurant (mostly buffet) and noted that they didn't replenish the hot food items as often as necessary. (They did, however, have a waffle iron so you could make your own waffles -which she loved.) Newer hotel -- rooms were clean and the staff helpful. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

  I was not impressed. A brand new hotel with few amenities. The parking was a real pain since you had to park in a garage across the street. It made it difficult to get your luggage back and forth. The staff did not seem very friendly or welcoming
