  My husband and I came to NY for a one day trip for our grandbaby's 1st B-Day. The hotel was small, but we knew what to expect before checking-in. The hotels in NY are not the same size as what we are use to. We own a Bed and Breakfast in Wisconsin, so we had something to compare the experience to. This hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurants were very packed so we just ordered food from our room. There is no parking on-site, you'll have to walk about 2 blks to a public parking garage. That was fine with us, because it gave us a chance to site see a little. Just make a note that when you come to NY space is limited and you have to make the best of what you have. PEACE !

  Out flight was cancelled and of course the airlines did not offer any help! We had already had or vacation wanted to go home and after being in NY we were broke! I highly recommend this place! The price was the cheapest by $* and the room was just fine! No major issues with the place, the staff was nice, rooms were clean, neighborhood was safe, not a ton to do, but we were able to go out and walk around and find at least fast food we could eat!

  We felt unsafe the instant we got there. There were bars on the walls. It is not in a good area of town. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was tiny with no way to get a roll-away into the room for my son. He slept on the floor, and he complained that the air conditioner was leaking all over the rug, making him wet. They offered a free breakfast in the morning, complete with waffles, which we took advantage of and it seemed to be o.k. Do not stay here, you can do better for just a few bucks more.
