  We came to NYC for a week, choose this hotel for the location despite its price (not cheap) and the elevator was broken during our whole stay. How is it possible they did not repair it during a whole week. Hotel's staff are not nice and we tried to speak to the manager twice during the week but was never at the hotel and, of course, never contact us despite the number of messages we left for her at the front desk WC broke almost every day. For sure we will not stay here again. We will not recommend it.

• Small room but great location

  Room was small but clean, great place for the night. would stay here again. nice little breakfast in the morning. bathroom was really really small.

  I was surprised that this hotel looked simple on the outside but once you step into the lobby, you will notice how clean it is, the hallways had new carpet, ...

  i was surprised that this hotel looked simple on the outside but once you step into the lobby, you will notice how clean it is, the hallways had new carpet, very clean, and my room was very spacious compared to most hotels in Times Square. I am very satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to everyone I know. Location is perfect, just beside the broadway theaters! Drugstore and grocery stores around the corner. Lots of cheap and good places to eat around this hotel

  The staff was friendly, room was small but efficient and clean, location was great for our needs....definitely recommend this hotel.

  I was warned in advance that the rooms were small, and mine was. However, it was clean, the internet worked fine, and the front desk clerk was courteous. The location can't be beat. Minor drawbacks for me were the less than perfect TV reception and slow, single elevator--I used the stairs a lot. I'd say overall this is a good value.
