  Location was convenient, yet far enough off a main thoroughfare to be quiet. The room was well furnished with more amenities than expected for a ""budget"" chain. The breakfast was underwhelming, but well above average for the typical continental, serve yourself breakfast. The best feature of all was that the heating/air conditioning was quiet. Although there was the typical window unit, the controls were wall mounted and there was no sound from the window unit. That made for a wonderful, restfull night. Would definitely stay again.

  This was by far one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are clean & the furnishings are top rate. The breakfast was huge & very filling. It's located just off the street so it's quiet. It's close to campus, the mall & lots of eating places.

  Our air condiitoner didn't work and we didn't get maid service. such a pity for a new hotel.

  OUR AIR CONDIITONER DIDN'T WORK AND WE DIDN'T GET MAID SERVICE. SUCH A PITY FOR A NEW HOTEL.
