  Just what we were looking for......a clean comfortable room for a low price. We didn't need frills or extras, my main concern was price. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were close to the places we were visiting. I would definitely stay here again. I had read previous reviews, so I knew to bring my own hair dryer, which I would gladly do again to get a room for that price.

  Simply great deal for the price, stayed 2 nights, room was clean both days, was a non smoking room like i asked. Restroom also clean and really no complaints, just great for someone that needs to sleep over and get on with their day. Location also very good since close to the campus, MY stay was comfortable.

  Overall it is what I expected. It was clean but older. My biggest complaint was the lack of little extras. No alarm clock, hair dryer (not even at the desk), or iron and the bed didn't have a light blanket, only the bedspread. The towels were the cheapest available and no shampoo was offered. The air conditioner did work very well, the beds were comfortable enough and it had a good size tv. I would stay here again if nothing else in College Station was available at a reasonable price, but I would make sure I brought all my own little extras."
