Front Desk helpful and friendly. Room was excellent, clean, with small fridge and microwave. THe was very comfortable, and air conditioning therostat and remot controlled, with a nice little balcony to walk out on. Plenty of parkking in a garage. Tennis and other amentites. Just across road from beach 3 minute walk to water so leave car behind. Also a short 5 to 10 minute drive south to best beaches in the world for swimming an snorkeling. IDrive a couple miles north up ocean road to a Fool Land grocery store to save food. Eating in paradise is not cheap. I would stay here again definity.

I'd read that because these are privately owned condos, the suites can vary quite a bit. When we checked in, I noticed how close we were to the pool and asked about moving, however the desk clerk said they were almost 100% full. She graciously said to give it a try and if there was a problem they would try to make some changes. We were gone most of the day and the pool closed at 10pm so we were never bothered with loud noises. We were a party of 2 so we booked a 1 bedroom/1bath. Our suite had a queen size bed with a sleeper sofa in the living room. There was an apt. size washer and dryer, a balcony from the living room and one from the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen came in handy. We had a nice view of the ocean from our suite, it was worth the price. We ate breakfast out on the balcony looked at the ocean and planned our trip for the day. We packed lunches for the day and ate out in the evenings. Our suite showed some signs of age but it was clean and comfortable and everything worked. The furniture had a tropical feel with faux bamboo wood and fabric covered with palm trees. Hope this helps. We found chocolate wrappers on the kitchen counter, a itinerary for ""SWAIN"" Canada for CAN$ thru an online travel website and the beds had already been slept in. Management was indifferent. At the check-in we were given a a LUAU B1G1 Free offer with drinks and dinner. When we tried to use it X claimed that we had gotten it under false pretenses

Management was indifferent. At the checkin we were given a a LUAU Buy One Get One Free offer with drinks and dinner. When we tried to use it they claimed that we had gotten it under false pretenses
