In short, this hotel is worth the money.. all inclusive and offers a decent variety of restaurants. Tips aren't expected anywhere here, but you most of the time you will get faster service if you do. All restaurants require a reservation and you have to have be in line in the lobby btw 9-10 to get the good ones. They are strict on their seating policy, we did see a group of people turned away because they were 10 minutes late to the restaurant. Lots of activities, my husband won a free massage for winning one of the pool activities! Nice pool, clean beautiful beach with hotel chairs to lay out in. If you want a hut on the beach you have to get there EARLY, like almost at sunrise. I definitely recommend a bus tour of Aruba (book this through the hotel not through other companies) the driver was awesome the sights, which we were able to go out and discover were beautiful, lunch was included, and it ended with a snorkeling session on Baby Beach. Room was always clean, but always had a funny smell. My only complaint is the bed was too hard for my taste. Oh and the junior suite oceanview with private balcony is the way to go!

this hotel is excellent. From the moment you arrive the staff is very friendly and knowlegable. The rooms are excellent large and very clean . all the amenities are great. the food and the restaurants are great at the hotel. I just came back a few days ago and this hotel has become my hotel of choice any where in the caribbean I am going to.

this hotel was beautiful, the rooms were lovely, the service was great. i give this hotel 5 stars and I would definitely go their again. If you are looking to just relax, this is the hotel to be at. If you have the chance, go for the couples swedish massage at the spa, well worth it. would have like to stay a couple of more days.

I have to say I had a great time. My girlfriend and I went stayed from June 12-17th and enjoyed every minute. The hotel was great. We stayed in building B and had a view of the pool and the ocean. As mentioned in some reviews there was a problem with the room feeling a bit damp and our swimsuit did take time to dry if we didn't leave it on the balcony. I think it would be wise for the bathrooms to have some sort of vent. It would help. Also the bed wasn't to comfortable. The buffet was the best deal and we enjoyed that more than the restaurants. Other then that the hotel was great and the staff was fantastic. We will looking to staying there again.

Aside from a few ""disappointments"" this location is perfect! The Hotel itself it just gorgeous. The dinner reservation process for the special restaurants isnt very accommodating, as there are only two seatings (6:30pm or 9:30pm) to choose from. The 24 hour room service menu was a huge disappointment. I believe there are four items to choose from. Other than that, the whole experience was wonderful!!!
