  I give the hotel a very good rating of (10), the lodging was very nice. I just loved the view we had. Over looking the mountains, and the plains flying in. The room services was just ahsume. The food was just great, especially the breakfast. It was free, the lunch buffett was good too. But the dinner was was just a little pricey. Buy it was to bad though, But we will diffenitely stay here again.

  This is the second trip to So Cal that found us in this Embassy Suites. We have a family of 6 and we love staying at this property! Their breakfast is great! The beds are wonderful and it is centrally located -- just off the 55 between the 5 and the 405. We will make this are base every time we make the trip to So Cal.

  I love this hotel and have stayed here many times but each time it seems worse (usually on the weekends it is horrible) with kids running the hallways and holding ...

  I love this hotel and have stayed here many times but each time it seems worse (usually on the weekends it is HORRIBLE) with kids running the hallways and holding up elevators hitting every floor on all 4. Staff does nothing to stop it I waited 10 min for an elevator from the 8th floor. Best feature is the bartender at the free bar from 5-7. He is friendly and makes you feel special. Breakfast is great too. Towels are dingy gray and not very soft.

  Checked in late and found the room warm so we turned the controls to cool and high. Woke up at 2:30 a.m. sweltering. When we called the front desk we were told that the air conditioing was not on so is we turned on the fan, it blew hot (not cold) air and that we should open our windows instead. Property is RIGHT on the freeway. Disneland on 4 hours sleep is not fun. Front desk was totally unsympathetic - acted like we were morons for not understanding the cooling/heating system. Bill wrong at checkout but corrected upon request."
