I got the shuttle at the airport for the "Ramada." I got to the hotel, smelled wonderful Thai food, was exhausted, only to find that it was the OTHER - closer Ramada. Not MY Ramada. Mine was another mile out away from the airport. I was hungry. There was no food, no amenities at the other Ramada. Eek! So I quickly grabbed food to go (great Thai!) and waited for the shuttle to take me to the Ramada on Intl Blvd. Way away from the airport. In the future - note - take the Ramada nearer to SeaTac. Same price. They have an indoor pool, gym, great restaurant, room service, etc. Ramada Limited is just that. Limited. No food, no pool, no.... :(

The hotel stated that it had a park and ride option for guests and free parking for hotel guests. What the website does not say is that you have to pay for parking after you check out and leave for your flight. I have stayed in other hotels that advertise free park and ride for upto 7 days after your stay and will go back to them. I was told that the hotel has packages for the park and ride, but no where on the site or infromation page is this type of package mentioned. Also the underground parking lot is open to anyone and there is no security to ensure vehicles are not being driven out by the proper owner or who walks into the parking area. I paid an extra * dollars a day and put my car in a lot that had roving security and gate access.

Given the price, the hotel is quite reasonoable. Using the free shuttle from the airport, it was quite easy to get to the hotel. Since there is no vending machine for drinks at the hotel, I should have bought water at the airport.

The desk service upon arrival was unprofessional and rude. The table tops and desk top had not been cleaned. The location is not very good and it didn't feel quite safe. I checked out early because I was not satisfied. The clerk was argumentative and tried to challenge my opinions. Surprisingly enough it was the same clerk that had ignored me on arrival. I will tell everyone I know travelling through the area not to stay at this location. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life.
