I travel every other week and have stayed here once when someone else booked my trip and will never do so again. Parking lot out front was full and I was told to park a block and a half away and cart my suitcase and bags of other items on a long trek. They gave me a handicapped room and a small ironing board. I asked for a discount and the manager was rude and declined to comply with my very fair request. I paid $ for a subpar room, distant parking and a poor attitude by staff. I was told that I had already gotten a ""good deal"", that the typical room rate was typically higher during the week. Never again.

A 4 star type of room worthy of the Double Tree name for the price of a Best Western. Nice appointments and grounds. The best part is theu do not have a parking fee. Many similar hotels charge up to $20.00 a day for your car to stay too. We will certianly stay here again,at least until they raise the rates too high. But at under $100 a night, you can't beat it. We have stayed in several different hotels near SNA and this is the best deal by far.

Very nice accomodations. The bed was plush and the room was completely renovated and modernized. Everything was clean, no stains, holes or odors. Staff was courteous and the shuttle was free to and from airport and anywhere within 5 mile radius. Excellent breakfast buffet. Another plus: All the attractions, beaches, etc are within 10 miles!

we stay at this hotel everytime we come to orange county. the hotel could use a new paint color outside, however the inside is nice and simple. the front desk receptionist are so nice and helpful, awesome rooms, the best beds & sleep we ever got. locations is by newport beach, irvine spectrum, malls and the zoo. i can'yt wait to go back!

We only stayed one night, but the experience was great. The hotel is well maintained, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the view from our corner room, on the 5th floor was great. We received chocolate chip cookies upon arrival; a sweet touch. There is even a little man-made lake at the location. We walked to nearby South Coast Plaza and enjoyed the local area, as well as, a nice meal at one of several restaurants there.
