Our stay at Harrahs was as nice as we could of asked for, the check in process only took a couple of minutes and when we walked into our room it was just what the wife was hoping to see. The cleanliness of the room and restroom was outstanding, so my wife was very comfortable relaxing for the evening. I would recommend Harrahs to anyone planing to visit Reno.

Overall I am satisfied with Harrah's for the price I paid. I like: the steak house. It is excellent. The rooms. It is clean and warm, although not very big. Don't like: If you want to gamble, you probably should go to El Dorado which is 1 block away. There are 2 buildings in Harrah's and it is not convenient. Compared to El dorado, it is not so bright and the decors are older.

Maybe for Reno it's 4 stars, but to me it's a basic 3 star. Clean, small to medium rooms, small bath. Good location, close to airport. The steak house on site was great and would recommend it, even you aren't staying at hotel.

This hotel was ok. The rooms were nicely decorated. The room didn't have some of the regular things like: hair conditioner, refrigerator, regular coffee mugs(they gave us the ugly white Styrofoam cups with no lids), etc. Overall, the hotel was ok.
