Bad bell hop service

The bell hops were rude and were nothing more than oxygen thieves at check out. They would not even let me use a luggage cart to move my own stuff when they were not going to help me. There were valets all over the place standing around doing nothing and only two bell hops on duty at check in and check out. Internet service was $*, really you can’t offer free internet when just about every dive hotel these days offers free internet? The food in the Italian and Mexican restaurants was great and would recommend eating in either one if you want a meal in the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not win any money, but that is my fault for being a lousy gambler.

Stayed at hotel Nov. 12-15m, 2009. The hotel & casino was clean and nice. The rooms were nice, clean and room service was fast. The TV didn't have very may channels, there was no HBO, Pay Per View, or any movie channels. The Restaurants were nice, but there should be a "snack shoppe" where fast food could be purchased. Maybe a gameroom for kids could be added. The hotel wasn't very "kid friendly".

We enjoyed South Point very much. The rooms were big, very clean. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurants and thought the finer restaurants a better value than the cafe. One of the buspersons in the Cafe raved about what a great place South Point was and how she loved working there. That is a good testament to any hotel. The only complaint we had was that there were dishes on the floor outside the room next door to us for 2 1/2 days before someone finally picked them up.

We arrived at South Point Casino around Noon and was able to check in right away. Our room overlooked the pool and was very neat, clean and pleasing to the eye. We are not what you would call gamblers as we don't like putting our hard earned money into a machine just to watch it make a few funny noises and get nothing back, period.. We did enjoy watching other people play all kinds of betting tables. Our stay mainly consisted of laying out by the pool, which was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel for a quiet get-away. We were close enough to the strip by car and any eating establishment. The Oyster Bar in the Casino had a great menu and the Mahattan Chowder served with rolls was excellent. We enjoyed the chowder with a glass of wine. Every employee we were in contact with was very gracious and helpful. The Hotel Casino had very good security.

very,very comfortable.I was in vegas back in may of this year and I stayed at (west gate fiamingo bay time share resort.) but I have to say that I enjoyed your atmosphere just as much; In some ways more.. The only thing in your program that was a little uncomfortable was your waitresses and bar tenders,not all of them !! I guest they just tired from working:: I been visiting vegas twist a year since 2001;; I've stayed at many different hotels casino's mostly on the strip. I stayed at palace station, The only hotel casino off the strip, But i must say the(South point hotel casino,& Spa) To me rates among the BEST:::::::::::: Thank you !
