Sundance is a year-round mountain community on 6,000 acres at the base of the 12,000-foot Mount Timpanogos in the north fork of Provo Canyon. The remainder will be collected 14 days in advance of arrival. For reservations within 14 days of arrival, a full deposit is required at booking. Cancellations of more than 24 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit 100 percent of stay.
