  • - Park Avenue - 1705 Captain Mollly Drive - Front desk is located next to the pool area in the Park Avenue complex. This property is across street from Yarrow Hotel.
  • - Hours are from 8am-9pm daily from Dec. 1-Apr14. The Park Avenue front desk phone number is 649-5114.
  • - IF GUESTS ARRIVE AFTER 9PM : Guests will obtain keys and check in packet via the Park Avenue lockbox located to the right of the entry door of the check in office near the pool area.
  • - Please call 800-245-6417 x 2 for keypad and lockbox codes prior to your arrival.

Park City is located a short 35 minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Park Avenue offers over 60 well-appointed condominiums in a beautiful mountain setting. Summer activities include golfing, biking, tennis, hiking, fishing and horseback riding. Winter activities include world class skiing, snowboarding at the Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, which is skiing only, and the Canyons. Park City also offers terrific shopping and over 80 restaurants ranging from casual dining to haute cuisine.

Accommodations range in size from one-bedroom to four-bedroom plus loft condos. The condominiums offer fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, spacious living rooms, and great location.

Gold rated units will receive housekeeping every other day of the guests stay. All Silver rated and Bronze rated units will receive 1 midweek clean for stays of 6 nights or longer. There is a four percent reservations fee added to all reservations for stays from November 2 - April 17. There is a three percent reservations fee added to all reservations for stays between April 18 - November 1. The price includes the property's resort fee. Front desk and pool is closed from April 14 - May 22, 2008 and September 6 - December 14, 2008, however, guest spas/hot tubs are available daily from 4:00p. to 9:00p. Guests will check in via the Park Avenue lockbox located on the exterior wall of the check in office near the pool area. to 5:00p. for lockbox code prior to one's arrival. May 23 - September 5, 2008 - Park Avenue front desk is open daily from 10:00a. to 9:00p. Swimming pool and guest spas/hot tubs are open daily from 10:00a. to 9:00p. Park Avenue Condominiums are located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive in Park City, Utah.
