Where should I start.This is the best hotel experience that I have ever had in a long time.The staff were so impeccable and curteous. They were very helpful with directions both coming and going from the Hotel. The room was amazing so clean,quiet and modern beyond what I imagined.I will stay there again and tell others about it.

07/18/2009The staff was very friendly and welcoming. the rooms were very clean and the lobby was really nice. had a really nice stay and will definitely be coming back.

Polite and friendly staff; always ready to help and gave us excellent choices for dining and things to do. Clean hotel. Everything was great. Lots to do in the area. Walking distance to many attractions. Will definitely come back again.

I recently made a weekend trip up to Windsor and have never stayed at a downtown hotel before. After staying at the Holiday Inn I wouldn't choose any other in the area because this one was perfect for me!! Right from check in I felt at home, the staff were very professional and helpful, I also signed up for their hotel rewards program and for being a Priority Club member I was sent a basket of goodies and offered a 2pm check out at no extra cost (definitely was needed after a weekend of fun!!) Hotel is in the middle of the nightlife scene and the casino, no need to drive! Definitely would come back!

I recently made a weekend trip up to Windsor and have never stayed at a downtown hotel before. After staying at this hotel I wouldn't choose any other in the area because this one was perfect for me!! Right from check in I felt at home, the staff were very professional and helpful, I also signed up for their hotel rewards program and for being a member I was sent a basket of goodies and offered a 2pm check out at no extra cost (definitely was needed after a weekend of fun!!)
