Hotel was terrific. We were immediately given our room upon check-in. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a nice size for NY standards. The only "negative" was that we wanted to check our baggage when we checked out and we were charged $* per bag. I understand that the hotel did not provide this service..

8 girlfriends from Washington State had a whirlwind trip to NYC..a trip of a liftetime. Our hotel was perfect..great location, great rooms, the greatest service! One of our travlers needed a small refridgerator for her insulin medicine....one call to the front desk and in less than 15 minutes a maintenance worker arrived at our door with small fridge in tow...set it up for us and asked if there was anything more he could do for us before leaving.The tour desk was so helpful and friendly. We cannot wait to return and will definately stay with Sheration. Fab location!

Perfect location if you are interested in Time Square and the Theater District. Easy walking distance to both. Room on small side, air & heat were sporadic. Shower did not work. Maid was inconsistent with towels & cleaning. Would stay again, but hopefully in another room.

When we arrived at the hotel around midnight, we were told there was no room for us. Upon reminding the desk clerk that it was a prepaid room, we were given a "Murphy queen room". Our reservation was for a king size bed and room. We were given a $* credot for the inconvience. The next day we moved into our "second room" around 5:30 pm. Hotel needs some work but is in a good location for shows, food, etc.

I'll start with the Good News....the Hotel is the perfect location to the Theater, Central Park, Museums, and Fifth. Management Staff are Helpful and The Bed Linens were Beautiful and Comfortable. Bad News....Before you say yes to the room...check it out for Cleaniness. We arrived late, dropped our bags off, went out and returned to sleep. We awoke to a very dirty carpet littered with broken debris, used coffee cups, blinds you can write your name on in the dust, a used razor, and a few towels....clearly the room had been used and not cleaned. Apologies were given from Management after 3 calls, the room was cleaned, but the experience was upsetting and made me nervous....and No I wouldn't stay there again.
