Shuttle was prompt, and the driver witty and friendly. Front desk staff friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Everything clean in roms and hallways. Rooms are large, comfortable and quiet, especially at the back. Wireless internet in room is free. (Atlanta Ritz Carleton charges $10 per day!) Buffet breakfast is very good - lots of choices, even make your own waffles. A great place for stopping over.

What a horrible location! Don't bother waiting on the shuttle... it's well worth paying for a taxi. The hotel is hard to get to and in a horrible neighborhood. Unless you need to be near an empty Ford plant or a noisy interstate, I'd stay elsewhere.

1) Waited Over an Hour For the Shuttle. Approx 10 seperate guest called the hotel no less than 12 times. "Shuttle should be there any second" was the reply. When it did arrive, the driver said he came immediately when he was called and acted suprised to find a large group of cold angry passengers. When we arrived at hotel, the front desk seemed oblivious to the situation and blamed the driver for failing to respomd. Ultimately some one is not telling the truth and no one (except the guest who were wating in the cold)seems to care. Am waiting for reply for Best Western and will update this review if possable at that time.
2) 20 - 25 minute ride, about 6-8 miles, to hotel.
3) Room was quite nice and very clean and very comfy. Good value for the money.
4) Bring Ear Plugs or plan to be out of bed by 6:00am. You are in the incoming /landing path (and I mean IN the landing zone!!). Also I-75 is right there (but minimal traffic noise). -
Jackhammer Alarm Clock
10/17/2007So we got in kinda late and my fiance planned on sleeping in for a little bit while i was working, he was woken up early morning by a jackhammer ...
So we got in kinda late and my fiance planned on sleeping in for a little bit while I was working, he was woken up early morning by a jackhammer outside our window, the hotel is under repairs, the staff was helpfull and moved us to another room where the noise couldn't be heard as much. The free internet was nice if it was working, if you moved too much you would loose connection. We tried to use the printer in the business center but the computer that it was connected to would not connect to the internet. This hotel is in need of major overhaul, seems like they have tried to fix it up by replacing doors but installed on the old frames, painting but my dog could paint better with his tail, bathroom floor is dated but the tub surround is newer. The best part of it was when we walked outside to go to IHOP (Which is great) a worker dropped a large bolt from the 4th story, real close to hitting us. This hotel should be closed during repairs. Wish I would have known about this stuff prior to booking.
