  I recently stayed at Comfort Inn South for 5 days for business. I had been on the road all day when I arrived and was welcomed by a very friendly young lady. The check-in process was quick and painless. When I got to my room, I was pleased to see everything was clean and orderly. It was obvious the hotel had been remodeled because the furniture in my room all matched and was very clean. I also had a microwave, a fridge and a flat screen tv. I took a wonderful shower and actually had water pressure. I had a fantastic night sleep. It has to be one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. To top it off, they have real comforters, not some thin, form-fitted, sheet cover. I felt great when I woke up for breakfast. I went to get some coffee and maybe a little snack because I didn't expect there to be much of a breakfast for the price I paid, but they had a huge selection of food all the way down the wall of this enormous and beautiful, light filled eating area. They had everything from biscuits and gravy and eggs to bagels and yogurt. I, of course, had a fresh made waffle which was fantastic. I wasn't quite sure how to make it on their waffle maker but a very polite young man helped me through the whole process. He was constantly cleaning and refilling things. I was very impressed. Throughout my stay, I would come back to a re-cleaned and organized room. In the evenings I felt comfortable walking around the hotel because the employees were always happy and seemed to actually enjoy where they worked. They made popcorn to snack on and had wireless internet.

  This hotel was a great value for it's price. the rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. the breakfest was nice and it also looked recently renovated.

  This is the nastiest hotel i've even been in. we arrived late and tired or we would have left. dirty floors & bathroom, blood on back of comforter, old chair ...

  This is the nastiest hotel I've even been in. We arrived late and tired or we would have left. Dirty floors & bathroom, blood on back of comforter, old chair torn and iron burn mark, terrible service. Misdc body hairs left from prev renter, I would not eat anything there and wanted to shower when we left.

  I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. the first thing we saw on entering a dingy room was a hugh cricket. the place is a dump.
