Beautiful two room suite, although the mattress was kind of sagging. Nice to have breakfast and happy hour included with room fee. Located close to shopping and a beautiful lake that has full walkway to walk around. Children are occupied by the fish in the waterfall/pond in the lobby.

Filthy drinking glasses.....

We had stayed here on two previous occasions, obviously enjoying the facility. This time, all of the drinking glasses were badly smeared, sink counter was not clean. Housekeeping sent someone hours after my complaint... to bring fresh glasses. A Hidden camera in a room at Embassy Suites in Cincinnati area showed glasses just like those in our room--wiped down with a towel the maid had picked up after wiping the floor with it. It turned my stomach! I suspect our glasses had been cleaned in the same fashion. Can't stay at Embassy Suites any more!

My husband and I used to live in Orlando and come back every few months to visit family. We always stay at this Embassy Suites - it is convenient to travel around Orlando, the service is excellent, the breakfast is delicious, and if you like to walk or jog outside, you would love the walking area around the lake. We highly recommend the Embassy Suites for couples, and when we have our first child in March, we will continue to stay here. It is an extremely family friendly place, but it is also classy and quiet - unlike many of the places down by the attractions!

Overall this is the second time we've stay there.It's a great hotel the staff are very helpful.The hotel is very clean.The two things that we had a problem with was the lighting on the outside is to bright and shines on the hotel so it takes away from the view and the palm trees need to be trimmed on a regular base.Also if they could create a smoking area away from the front door.Make a little smoking hut along the walk way to the lake or something.I know they have a patio of the bar area but, some people don't like going in there.

This hotel is fabulous. The breakfast was wonderful & plentiful. Great selection. Great atrium. This hotel is located at the lake and every night there is live music with lights under a covered structure. The boardwalk is very romantic & the hotel is located adjacent a great shopping area. Also quick access to highway
