Check-in went smoothly, room was clean and comfortable. Some of the positives were the reasonable rate using Travelocity (no I don't work for them), great location right across the street from Disneyland allowing us to walk back and forth to the park as needed. There are a couple of good family restaurants and a McDonald's out front of the hotel. Outdoor pool and hot tub was clean and inviting, hardly anyone in it due to cool weather. Some minor negatives, the ice machine on our floor was 'out of order" all four days of our stay and the automated TV checkout system didn't work. Not a big deal. Overall, very pleasant stay, good maid service, fair pricing, and I would go back to the same place again. I recommend them for anyone who likes a clean, nice, comfortable room without the pampering of a 5 star hotel.

The Fairfield Inn at Disney is lovely and spacious. The property offers some unexpected amenities like citrus-infused water near the elevators for people coming back from a long day at the parks. The service was great and the room was huge. The beds were quite comfortable and there were lots of pillows and not flat ones either. My daughter and I had a great time. The only note of concern for me was the noise level at night. With the room facing outward, the noise from people going by and doors slamming was pretty bad at times. Overall, it was a very good value, but I could've used a little more sleep.

This hotel is literally across the street from the Disneyland Resort. The location can't be beat and I was absolutely surprised at how clean and professional the staff were at this hotel. There are 9 floors and we had a 2 Queen Bed room with a single sofa bed. The room is really clean and nicely decorated with Disney posters. The bathroom has a big showerhead and the sink is outside the bathroom which makes it really convenient when getting ready in the morning. Also there's a mini fridge and they have lots of towels and pillows in the room! The beds are really comfy too. The hotel is really quiet too even though our room faced the freeway. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. There's a small pool and a Pizza Hut Express and Seattle's Best Coffee on the 3rd floor. Also, in the lobby they provide lemon and lime infused water with small glasses right before the elevators! Sooo nice after a long day at the parks. This hotel is busy and waiting for an elevator can take a while though. There's a a Minnie's Cafe, Millie's Restaurant and McDonalds all next to the hotel too. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Disneyland. It's affordable and the location can't be beat.

No Disney shuttle, if the hotel is full they make you park at another Marriott down the road, rooms are blah at best. I spent less than 24 hours there because I couldn't handle it any longer. If you want a bare bones vacation area hotel maybe this is ok but it was not worth the money at all and really not up to Marriott standards. The only positive...the manager X that helped me when I had reached my limit. Very glad I was an Elite member and got some extra care when things got really bad.

My son (10) and I traveled from Massachusetts to Disneyland, CA for his birthday. The only information that I had to go on was other Traveler Reviews, which I found very helpful. As soon as we arrived the Fairfield check us in right away. Once we were in the room, very nice and comfy, all we did was drop our bags and go back out. The best thing was that they made sure we were well taken care of, room with a view for late fireworks, top floor, and pizza shop on floor three. If that wasn't enough, McDonalds was a just a parking lot away. This hotel was priced low for what you really get and the staff was wonderful, even small details were carried out - when we returned from disneyland, on my son's birthday, he found ballons and a card on his bed - signed by Fairfield employees. He is still wondering how they knew him and his birthday surprise. I can't say enough about this hotel, we will be back to stay here. Also, if you don't like to hear the paddles of little excited feet running to the park, rumbling suitcases to and from fabulous rooms, or hardly any TV time - go to your overpriced hotel and mingle with the grumpy. We are a family of two and when traveling - it is important that we are safe and comfortable, the Fairfield Inn made sure of that.
