  We are property owners at West Gate Smokey Mountains. When I made reservations they quickly and very friendly notified me this resort was not a 5 Star or as large as my unit in Gatlinburg, which was fine with us, we were there for the beach! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. The resort was undergoing renovations, which they tried to keep interruptions to a minimum during our stay. When we left the wife stated “Same Time Same Place Next Year” to which the reservations have already been made.

• the worst westgate

  The rooms are dirty, heat did not work in 35 degree weather for 3 nights. poor guest service. best thing about the hotel was the sub shop.
