Important Hotel Information
- Important instructions regarding check-in: The Front Office is open daily from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please retain this important information. Your keys will be located in the lock box next to the building's main entrance. Please contact our after hours service number at 239-765-1155 ext. 7300. You will need to provide your last name or confirmation number. They will then provide you with the combination for that day. Enter the combination then push up and pull down to open the lock. You will find an envelope with your name on the front. This envelope will contain keys that will unlock the front door as well as the door to your suite. Please re-scramble the combination and re-lock the box. Please stop by the Front Desk to formally register by 10:00 a.m. the following morning.

We vacationed at Pointe Estero in October. The condo was roomy, clean and beautiful; and the bed was comfortable. I would agree with other reviews not alot of restaurants in the area. Although, the PUBLIX grocery store is close, within walking distance. The condo has all the necessary cooking utensils--and there is a large gas grill outside near the pool. The rooms also have a beautiful patio to each room. From our room on the 8TH floor, you could see the Gulf...although those little black bugs can get through the screens! We are planning our return visit...LOVES IT!!!!

This in an excellent value for your money, compared to hotels in the area. We had a great stay, the condo was very roomy for the 5 of us. The people at the front desk were very helpful and careing of our comfort and that our stay was pleasant. We would definitly be leaning toward staying there again. The pool area was excellent with the pool and hot tub, lots of beach chairs.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. Upon checking in at 3:00 and requesting a crib, we were told at the front desk by the woman working that every room is a two bedroom suite. When we got to our room, we noticed the second bedroom was locked. We called down to the front desk and they told us they would unlock it at the same time they brought the crib. We left and returned at 6:00. The bedroom door was still locked and the crib was still not delivered. I called down to the front desk, but there was't anyone there. On the way out to meet friends we saw there was a sign saying someone would return shortly. We ended up calling again, but still no one at the front desk answered, so I called central reservations and asked again for the crib and to unlock the bedroom door. When we returned that night around 10:30, we had a message saying that it would be an extra $* to unlock the bedroom. This is after we spoke to 2 different people who never mentioned the extra fee and told us it would be done. On top of the that, the bathroom tubs were dirty and had black scum in the bottom of the tub. There also was no garbage can in one of the bathrooms and can only imagine what has been left behind. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. After seeing the 4BR, 4BA pool house our friends rented less than a mile away for almost the same amount as this, I felt very ripped off. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Highly rated, great location, beach is a little bit of a walk, but is great. Room was large and perfect for the two couples occupying it. Front desk staff is wonderful, particularly Abraham, who was able to recommend great restaurants in the area, provide dining coupons and by mentioning his name, ensured they provided us with "VIP" service. He would always check with us on our return as to how we enjoyed our dinner or how was our day. Facilities were great, pool was always the right temperature and clean. Resort is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants and attractions so highly recommend getting a rental car. Only downside was numerous small bugs in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. They seem to diminish as the week progressed, but highly recommend informing the staff if you see them. We weren't in the room that much, so they weren't a big problem. Recommend everglades airboat tour, Matanza's restaurant, Anthony's, Parrot Key and Sam Seltzer's if you want a great steak. There is also a small plaza just south of the resort with some great small shops and restaurants including a great ice cream parlor for those hot days!
