Great Price -stayed 10 days! Great People! Clean & Neat! Great area lots of parking! even during Bikeweek! Friendly and PET friendly (big dogs) Great bar/Resturant, Great bands and very good burgers.Very good service & prices. Close to I4 and Deland is a great little town. I called before going and they have new owners and its very nice now! I WILL go back to say ""Hi"" and have a burger if even close by the area! I WAS Happy!!!

One prior reviewer from 2007 or earlier had a bad experience with this motel, but the current ownership has worked to improve their property. It is still an old motel, but the exterior has a fresh coat of paint, the rooms have - for the most part - been upgraded. For less than ** a night, there is hot water, a clean room, and a friendly front desk. The beds could be better, but I have spent more for comparable comfort. If price is a driver in DeLand, this motel is worthy of consideration.
