I am currently at the hotel. For the most part disappointed. Check-in - Front desk person was on personal cell phone in partial view of the two guest who were waiting several minutes to check in. Elevators are slow, scratches all over...both halls and elevators had musky smell, there was a large bag full of trash the cleaning people left as we exited the elevator for the first time. Also, there were several people smoking directly in front of the door of the hotel, probably because it was raining, but unpleasant none the less. On the positive...the room was clean and it looks like they remodeled a bit It only took as a few minutes to get to Hershey Park. Its next to several restaurant chains, Target.

I stayed at this hotel after not having been there for over a year, and it looked great! I guess they did a full scale renovation. The outcome is amazing and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.

Hotel was nice. Staff members were friendly and helpful. There were no brochures or anything about the attractions in the area and the one magazine they did have was not very helpful. On the hotel's description on travelocity's website it states that each room had a sofa bed, that was not the case, there are none in the hotel. The halls were very noisy the night we were there.

Plush Oversized Room with 1 King Bed and Luxurious Bedding Non Smoking This is what I expected as this is what the website said. What I got was a standard room, not at all oversized. or plush. Pillows were too flat Location and cleanliness and friendly staff were great. Pool was great too. Next time I'll try for a place with a free breakfast, Wyndham's was 9.95 and it was sub-standard. Starbucks was the only coffee so if one doesn't like that brand, one is out of luck !!!

I stay in this area frequently for work and it is always clean. The staff is friendly even after I had to change my room twice on this last trip. The air condintioers weren't cooling the room in 95 degree heatt, so the front desk clerk switched me twice with full aplogies and a smile on her face. I'll definitely continue to stay here.
