Upon arriving into my room, I noticed the floor was not vacuumed nor was the bathroom floor washed as there were footprints and the carpet had vomit stains. I requested another room which they provided. The room was in somewhat better shape. We went down to the hot tubs and when we came out two of the children who accompanied got glass and cuts in their feet. When we went to bed, we pulled the sheets down and there were stains on the sheets (top and bottom). We then decided to put blankets over the stain as it was very late at night, and the blankets also were not clean and had dried stinky substance. Upon checkout I requested to talk to a manager and was told no manager was on duty (Saturday morning). The clerk was annoyed when I told her while the hotel makes a good appearance, the housekeeping is terrible and how the sheets, etc. were dirty. I also told her about the glass around the hot tub and she responded that I needed to fill out an incident report. I told her that I had to depart but I was primarily concerned that no one else gets injured and cut. What an extreme disappointment the whole entire time. The lobby and pool area looks good but it needs repair. The carpet in the rooms needs to be washed.

This hotel is nice and clean. The only bad thing about it is there is no customer service. People upfront who check you in and out are not friendly and there is blah in their eyes. You can tell they don;t care about you or the job they have. House keeping people were very nice and friendly and did a good job at everything. Extra pillows are a plus. They have no real cribs and that is minus. They have play pans and they are dirty, So if you travel with baby ask for the cleanest one they have. We loved the pool, the beach, the ocean. Kitchen in the room was clean and beautiful.

I arrived very late and they were ready for me. The hotel is clean and my room, a double, was a good size. I was apprehensive about my choice after reading some reviews but I think it's all about what you make it. Free breakfast was a plus and their coffee was good. Room had plenty of towels and water pressure in the shower was great. Bed was comfortable and had extra pillows. The pool was nice, clean and comfortable, and Tiki bar opened at noon. One drawback was the restaurant wasn't open nor the inside lounge. I made do...across the street is a sandwich shop and a little place called Mike's Galley that had GREAT food. The front desk staff was nice and friendly, some more helpful than others. I would stay here again no problem but if I were to ever go back to Daytona I would probably choose something that was a little closer to the shops and stores, but like I said I made do. The beach made it all worth it. I had an oceanview room on the 2nd floor and it wasn't ideal, but I could see the water just fine. I had a very relaxing stay.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was great. The staff was very friendly. Everything was was clean, including the pool and grounds. The only complaint was with the elevators. They were very slow, and one was out of order for a period of time, every day. Great place for a family to stay.

This place was great. Whole hotel has just been renovated and it shows. We had a hotel front room and the view was unreal. All employees were very nice to my wife and I. The room was a good size and clean. The floor was a little wet where water came under the balcony door and made the room have a slight smell. We left the door cracked a little while we when to the beach and it was gone when we came back. The beach was awesome. The ocean was a little rough but made for fun in the waves. Great beach for kids. The pool was great and very warm. It was nice because the ocean was a little cold. The pool area is dirty because there is sand from people going back and forth from the beach all day. The elevators were slow but, there are 2 elevators and it seemed most people were only using one. No one was using the stairs though. I stayed on the 4th floor and could get to the 1st first in under a minute. Great place for a vacation. We paid $** per night for ocean front room. It was a wonderful deal and had a wonderful vacation.
