• Indifferent service, room air hard to breath

  When I went to check in there were two employees behind the desk and i was the only other person, yet it took several minutes for them to acknowledge me and assist with the check in. On checkout, it was more of the same - the desk employees seem to be bothered having to deal with guests checking in or out. When I got to my room, the bleach/cleaning agent smell was so strong it made it difficult to breath. The clock radio looked like someone had spilled something on it as it had some thick liquid stuck to it. The bathroom had no shelf space to place toiletries at all, unless you count the top of the toilet tank as a shelf. On the plus side, the shuttle service to the airport was quick and the air conditioner in the room could have maintained a temperature of 50 degrees if I'd left it on.

  Not as noisy as expected -- but for travelers expecting to enjoy the restaurant on site, don't expect too much; customer service was horrible! dining are for continental b'fast ...

  Not as noisy as expected -- but for travelers expecting to enjoy the restaurant on site, don't expect too much; customer service was horrible! Dining are for continental b'fast inadequate for amount of guests. Would consider staying in same area ( not facility ) again

• Best Choice Hotel Near Airport

  Clean site; helpful and attentive staff; there for 3 days over holiday weekend with family and have no complaints.

  This was a perfct hotel for a quick day in/day out business trip to atlanta. clean, quiet, efficient, on site bar & restaurant, free breakfast, friendly helpful staff. shuttle service ...

  This was a perfct hotel for a quick day in/day out business trip to Atlanta. Clean, quiet, efficient, on site bar & restaurant, free breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Shuttle service to and from airport...very efficient. Taxi costs $35 to downtown. (Cheaper than renting a car) Wifi works fine...free. I'd stay again...and I travel all over the world.
