WTF is that on the carpet???

Ok- first of all, there was something sticky and gross all over the carpet in the room. At one place, it had large, hard and waxy-like feeling spots. Ok- so we wore socks or flipflops while walking around in the room. The Wi-Fi is almost non-existant, the pool dirty, the bath tub looks to be from the 60's or 70's, the bathroom in desperate need of renovation. I'm not a finicky person, so the breakfast was good- if you like the desk clerk glaring at everyone in the dining area while you are trying to eat. Every move you make is scrutinized. And there is a sign saying you cannot take your breakfast back to your room ( are we in Russia or something??) The "double beds" were nothing more than glorified super-singles. Double beds, my eye! We hardly got any sleep they were so small. I think the thing that disgusted me the most was the overall grounds- very trashy and dirty. Reminded me of the hotel in "My Name is Earl". Would NOT stay again- I'll save up a bit more money next time and pay for a cleaner hotel.

If you are looking for a room to just sleep in while you go to the Six Flags Amusent Park, this is a definite option - for any other reason I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms were not very clean, the tvs had limited channels with minimal operation, and there was no room internet connectivity despite their advertisement of wireless internet. The wireless internet only serviced the hotel lobby computer and nothing else. The breakfast was so bad we paid to eat elsewhere and the responsiveness of the hotel staff was poor - they were friendly but very unknowledgable. If we return to the area again, we will stay somewhere else even if it costs more.

We got 2 adjoining rooms which were clean enough if you just wanted to sleep. The tub in one room didn't drain fast enough for one person to take a shower before it was almost spilling over the top. Front desk never sent anyone to fix the problem that we knew of. Everyone had to shower in one bathroom. Two children left video games in one of the drawers in the room. We called the hotel when we realized it (we had been on the road home for about an hour and a half). They said they would check on it and call us back, but we never heard back from them. They have a shuttle that runs back and forth to Six Flags, but it sometimes leaves you waiting outside the park for quite a while waiting on a ride.

We made a great decision choosing this hotel. It was easily accessible from the Interstate, very close to Six Flags and many dining areas. For all that was offered, we were very pleased with the overall price as well. Hotel staff were very friendly and always made us feel that they truly wanted our business. A fantastic place to rest awhile!

when we check in there was not a tv remote in the room. Went to front desk they gave me one. housekeeping did not leave enough towels or bath cloths the 3 nights we stayed. The room overall was not bad , but the area was not a very good area had to go up to different exit to find meals. over all the hotel area was safe for us and had no problems.
