The water temp flucuated from hot to cold during showers, too few internet connection boxes, wouldn't even let us reserve one, room had not been cleaned from prior guest .... AND ... Shame on you! We were evacuating from Hurricane Gustav. The rate I was quoted was $* a night but we where charged $* a night at check out. Two family menbers stayed at the Quality Inn while 2 others were at Heartbreak Hotel, a much nicer more expensive hotel. Heartbreak Hotel automatically REDUCED our rate from $* to $* for all evacuees even though we didn't ask for it. Shame on you for charging more than you quoted ... we will NEVER stay at another Quality Inn!
